Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to deliver recurring orders based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment method will be stored securely and automatically charged according to your plan’s billing schedule unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Some subscription plans may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled payment through your account portal or the link provided in your order confirmation email. Cancellations made after a charge has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is out of stock or scheduled for future release. Depending on the item, payment may be collected in full, partially, or upon shipment. By placing a pre-order, you authorize Dendro Health to charge your payment method once the product becomes available for fulfillment. Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled may be canceled by contacting us assuming sufficient notice. Once an item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled, though refund eligibility will follow our standard Return & Refund Policy. Dendro Health is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturing, supply chain, or shipping partners, but we will make every reasonable effort to communicate updated delivery expectations promptly.
